Why it's different

Solid wood

A single, thick board with a warm natural grain. No veneer, no plastic.

Kind to your knives

Wood gives a little under the blade, so your edges stay sharp for longer.

Prep to table

Chop on it, then bring it to the table as a serving board.

Carry handle

A metal handle to pick it up, hang it or put it away.

From prep
to table

One board for the whole meal.

Sears like cast iron at half the weight. I use steel tongs on it every day and it still looks great.

Eggs slide right off

I was sceptical about a pan with no coating. Two minutes of preheat and a little butter, and nothing sticks.

Questions

Something else on your mind? Write to us.

Which size should I choose?

For one or two people, the 36 × 24 or 41 × 28 cm. For family cooking, carving and serving boards, go for 45 × 30 cm or larger.

Can it go in the dishwasher?

No. Heat and soaking make wood crack and warp. Rinse it with warm water and a little soap, then dry it upright.

How do I keep it in good shape?

Rub in a little food-safe board oil every few weeks, or whenever the wood looks dry.

Is it safe for raw meat?

Yes. Wash it with hot water and soap straight after use and let it dry fully.

Can I use it as a serving board?

Absolutely. It is made to go from prep straight to the table.
