Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed at www.tinorcookware.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Dutch and European consumer law.

2. Our offer

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour and finish can occur: every TINOR pan is hammered by hand, and wood is a natural material, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Obvious mistakes or typos in our offer, such as a clearly wrong price, do not bind us.

3. Your order and the agreement

The agreement is made when you complete checkout and receive our order confirmation by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you ordered, we let you know as soon as possible and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping within the Netherlands is free. Optional extras, such as Secured shipping, are shown at checkout before you pay. You pay during checkout using one of the payment methods shown there.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the Netherlands within 3 to 5 business days. You find all the details in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to you.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. On top of that, we offer 30-day returns on unused products and a 100-night trial on our titanium pans, woks and Gather pans. How this works, what it costs and what is excluded is explained in our Refund policy.

7. Statutory warranty

Every product must be what you ordered and work as you may reasonably expect. If it does not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or, if that is not possible, a price reduction or a refund. Please let us know within two months of discovering a defect.

8. Lifetime guarantee

Our titanium cookware (pans, woks, Gather pans and lids) and our titanium utensils have no coating to wear out, so we guarantee them for as long as you own them. This guarantee comes on top of your statutory warranty.

• Covered: any defect in material or craftsmanship, such as warping under normal use, a loose handle or a cracked base. We repair or replace the product free of charge, including shipping.
• Not covered: normal signs of use, such as scratches and discolouration that do not affect cooking, and damage caused by misuse, such as dropping the product or using it in a way it is not intended for.
• How to claim: email us with your order number and photos of the problem.

Our cutting boards are made of natural wood. They are covered by the statutory warranty in section 7. With the right care (see the product page), a board lasts for many years.

9. Digital products

Our recipe e-book is for personal use only. You may not resell, share or publish it. Once you have agreed to start the download and it has started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

10. Liability

Use our products as described on the product page and in our care guide. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or by ignoring these instructions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product, except where the law does not allow this limitation, such as in the case of intent or gross negligence.

11. Complaints

Not happy with something? Email us at contact@tinorcookware.com. We reply within 3 business days and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days. If we cannot work it out together, you can bring the dispute before the competent Dutch court.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, photos, videos, the TINOR name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.

13. Privacy

We handle your personal data with care. Read how in our Privacy policy.

14. Applicable law and changes

These terms and every agreement with us are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies is the one on our website when you placed your order.
