Care guide

Titanium is the easiest pan you will ever own. There is no coating and no seasoning.

Cooking

• Preheat for about two minutes on medium heat.
• Add a little oil or butter, then your food.
• Let it sear before you move it: it releases on its own.

Cleaning

• Rinse with hot water and a brush or sponge.
• Steel wool and metal scourers are fine.
• Dishwasher safe, though hand washing keeps the shine longer.
