Refund policy

We want you to love cooking with TINOR. If something is not right, this page explains how returns and refunds work. Your statutory rights as a consumer always apply on top of what is written here.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you (or someone you choose) receive the product. If your order arrives in several parts, they start on the day you receive the last part.

To cancel, let us know within those 14 days by emailing contact@tinorcookware.com with your order number. You can use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to. You then have another 14 days to send the product back.

You may handle the product the way you would in a shop to check it. If it shows more use than that, we may deduct the loss of value from your refund. For our titanium pans, woks and Gather pans, the 100-night trial (section 3) gives you more room than this.

2. 30-day returns

Changed your mind after 14 days? You can still return any unused product within 30 days of delivery, complete and in its original packaging, for a full refund of the product price.

3. 100-night trial

Every TINOR titanium pan, wok and Gather pan comes with a 100-night trial. Cook with it as much as you like. If it is not the best pan you have ever owned, contact us within 100 nights of delivery and send it back for a full refund of the price you paid for it.

  • The trial covers titanium pans, woks and Gather pans. Utensils, cutting boards and other accessories follow the 30-day returns in section 2.
  • Please clean the pan and return it complete, including the lid that came with it.
  • One trial return per product per household.

4. Return shipping costs

Returns are not free. You pay the cost of sending the product back to us, whether you return it under your right of withdrawal, the 30-day returns or the 100-night trial. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover the return costs. See section 7.

5. How to return

  1. Email contact@tinorcookware.com with your order number and the product you want to return.
  2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely and send it to us.

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first, so we can match your parcel to your order.

6. Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product back, or until you show us you have sent it, whichever comes first. You get your money back through the payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. This costs you nothing.

When you cancel a whole order under your right of withdrawal, we also refund the standard delivery costs (our delivery is free, so there are normally none). Secured shipping is a service that ends when your order is delivered, so we refund it only if you cancel before delivery.

7. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email us with your order number and a few photos as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery so we can claim it with the carrier quickly. We send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover any return shipping.

Defects that show up later are covered by your statutory warranty and, for our titanium cookware and utensils, by our lifetime guarantee. See our Terms of service for the details.

8. Exceptions

  • E-book and other digital products: once you have agreed to start the download and it has started, you can no longer cancel the purchase.
  • Free gifts: free items that came with your order (such as a lid or the recipe e-book) are part of the order. If you return the main product, please return the free physical items with it.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.
