What is covered
Any defect in material or craftsmanship: warping under normal use, a loose handle, a cracked base. We repair or replace the pan, free of charge.
What is not covered
Normal signs of use such as scratches and discolouration, which do not affect cooking, and damage from misuse such as dropping the pan.
